What we collect, and what we do not

What this website collects

Nothing. This site has no accounts, no database and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not set cookies to follow you around.

What you type into a request form stays in your browser until you press the button that opens WhatsApp. If you close the page instead, it is gone and we never see it.

What is saved on your device

Your chosen branch, your request list and any medicines you save are stored in your own browser using local storage. They never leave your device and we cannot read them.

Clearing your browser data removes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else.

Prescriptions and health information

We deliberately do not accept prescription photos through this website. When you send a prescription, you attach the photo yourself inside WhatsApp, so the image goes directly from your phone to the pharmacy's phone.

That means no prescription image is ever stored on this website or on any server we run. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are covered by WhatsApp's own encryption and privacy terms.

What the pharmacy keeps

Separately from this website, the pharmacy keeps the records it is required to keep as a licensed premises, for example records of prescriptions dispensed. These are held at the pharmacy under the rules of the Pharmacy Council of Ghana.

If you would like to know what we hold about you, ask the pharmacist at your branch.

Hosting

The site is served as static pages by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individuals.
