Hepatitis B test & vaccination

We screen for hepatitis B and give the vaccine. Hepatitis B is common in Ghana, spreads easily, and can quietly damage the liver for years before symptoms appear. Testing comes first, because the vaccine is for people who are not already infected. The vaccine is given as a course of injections over several months, and we will schedule your follow-up doses and remind you when each is due.
